To help you get started, think of anything that makes your body feel pure and happy and joyous, however that shows up for you.
This can be a pet, a flower, or a place that makes you feel this way, real or imaginary.
Sometimes people don’t make you feel this way, and some people hold guilt because of that. For example, some people feel like they should have gratitude for their kids even though those monsters got on their last gosh dern nerves just before sitting. You don’t feel gratitude for them right now. That’s ok. Don’t force it and don’t pick them this time. Next time, they might do Angel Stuff that will make you feel All of The Things and they are The Best. Pick them then.
And that goes for all people, places and things.
